Mix up all the above ingredients in a large bowl; except for oil and breadcrumbs.

Make sure your fish is nicely coated in the spice mix.

Allow it to sit for 1/2 hour, this is totally optional.

If you don't have time to marinate the fish you can cook it immediately after adding the spices.

Heat oil in a pan; while that's heating up coat the spiced fish in breadcrumbs.

Fry the fish on both the sides until done.

You could have this with Tartar Sauce or a fresh salad.
