Ingredients

  • Fill pot about 1/3 up with water
  • 1onion
  • 6 clovesgarlic
  • 1 tspmustard seed
  • 1 tbspcelery seed
  • 2 tbspthyme
  • 1whole bottle PA maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cupkosher salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil all ingredients and let cook and brine birds for 3 days. Inject both breasts and legs before cooking and cover. And pour 2 cups of brine into each pan.
