Methi Malai Paneer

In this simple homestyle version of Methi Malai Paneer, I have used chopped Vegetables without making it's paste. That's it. Simple and easy. Delicious to the last bite. My family just loves it. The best option for a lovely weekend meal or a must have on the menu for a close knit party with the extended families. It's an instant hit.
I pack it in Lunchboxes as well because it's not only easy but healthy and nutritious too. A comfort food of sort for the entire family.
We just love it so much that it's made many a times without any excuse actually. That's the beauty of this simple dish.
I have not used Fresh Green Peas or Matar in this which is an another popular dish.
Creamy, melt in mouth with all the goodness of the beautiful looking Leafy Green Vegetable in it, it's absolutely amazing. Let's get started.

Steps
- 1
Heat Oil in a kadai. Saute Onions with Ginger Garlic paste and Green Chillies if making for the adults. Omit them completely if making for the kids. After 3 to 4 minutes of sauteeing, add the spices along with the chopped Tomatoes. Cook on a low heat until soft and mushy. Saute it well to let go off the rawness. Add some water accordingly after sauteeing it well.
- 2
Now add fresh homemade Malai along with chopped Fenugreek Leaves and Paneer cubes to it. Mix well. Cover and cook.
- 3
Cover and simmer on a low heat for 5-6 minutes. Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves. Serve hot with Naans, Chapatis, Parathas, Cumin Rice, Fried Rice or any Pulao. It goes absolutely well with all these options. Enjoy! Yum!
