  5. as required coriander powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take the fresh methi leaves, clean them, and finely chopped them. Now roughly chop the potatoes.

    Take a tbsp of oil in a pan and allow it to heat properly, afterwards add chopped green chilies and potatoes, and saute it for 2 mins.

    Now add methi and stir it to add dry spices cover and allow it to cook for 10 minutes. Now remove the lid and cook it for 10 minutes so that its water will escape and aloo methi veggie is ready. Now serve it hot with chapati and add 1 tsp desi ghee.
