Inspired by @RecetasCaserasNora's recipe. I'm a fan of soups, especially in cold weather, so to change things up from the usual noodle soup, I prepared this recipe. Both kids and adults will love it, and it's very easy to make.

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

Heat a little oil and fry the pasta. Once it's golden, add the ground beef, salt, and pepper. Stir constantly while blending the tomatoes, onion, and garlic with water. Once the meat changes color, add the blended mixture, straining it.

  2. 2

Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of Hunts tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon powder, the cilantro sprigs, and half a tablespoon of dried oregano. If necessary, add more water because it will reduce. Depending on how you like your broth, let it cook for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

Check if it needs more salt, and it's ready. Serve hot, everyone will love it. Optionally, you can add some serrano peppers when blending.
