Take medium size cabbage(Patta Gobhi) finely chopped and washed.

In a kadhai heat one tablespoon of refined oil or any oil which you use for cooking, add mustard seeds,cumin seeds, asafoetida,turmeric,udad daal,curry leaves,grated garlic and chopped green chillies in the above-mentioned quantity.

Once it breaks add washed and chopped cabbage and mix all the ingredients well,then add 2 teaspoons of salt and again mix everything well,just sprinkle some water on cabbage cover the lid and cook it for 7 to 10 min.

Garnish it with chopped coriander..Easy and healthy patta Gobhi ki sabji is ready to be served. Serve it hot have it with chapatis or rotis Tastes wonderful..😋😋
