Prepare a checklist. Keep essentials close at hand

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. (180C)
In a large bowl, beat the yogurt, oil, and vanilla with a hand mixer or a fork. whisk 5 minutes till the curd and oil blends smooth. Place a sieve over the bowl and add the dry ingredients-brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt.

.Whisk all the ingredients in the bowl with water to make a smooth batter.

Place the cupcake liners in the mold. Scoop the cake batter and pour into cupcake liners two-third to ¾ full.
and also tap twice to level up uniformly and remove any air bubbles if present.. Top the cake with 5-6 chocolate chips.
Bake the cakes for 15 minutes until golden brown. Then take it out and place it on a wire rack to cool. Take out the mold and place it on a serving plate. - 5
Decorate the cake with 5-6 chocolate chips. you may enjoy it anytime of the day, breakfast, tea or lunch
