Mix the flour, salt, redchillipowder, freshcream, and fenugreek leaves. For a tight dough

Grease the dough and keep aside to rest a bit

For the stuffing, add corn, capsicum, oregano and redchilliflakes. Adding salt will release water so avoid it.

Roll the paratha, put the stuffing and cover on all the sides to form envelope.

Press a bit to for sealing the pocket

Cook on both the sides. Apply ghee or oil a bit. Pocket is ready. Apply mayonnaise or pizza sauce. Grate some cheese amd serve hot.
