A tangy and cool water made to relish with one of the Country's most loved streetfood- The Pani Puri! It needs no introduction whatsoever.
It's basically made with Tamarind and fresh Mint along with Coriander Leaves in combination with a few simple spices. That's it. Easy and absolutely done almost effortlessly. It's a great flavourful water that's loved by many across the Country. Pani Puri lovers are innumerable and people usually compete with one another in eating it. Though it's a streetfood, it's made even at home without much difficulty.
Nowadays there are so many variations in this water used for filling the deep fried Puris along with the other fillings like boiled Potatoes, Chickpeas and Dry White Peas or Safed Matar etc. This water is the most loved part in this. The taste and the deliciousness of this Snack depends entirely on the water. The best the water, the bestest is the Pani Puri. People make it in their own styles. This one that I have shared here is my way of doing it. It's popularly known as Khatta Meetha Pani too. The spiciness can be adjusted accordingly. One can increase or decrease it as per one's own preferences and liking.
Let's get started.

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
