In a bowl soak fish with water,salt and vinegar let it rest for 10min.

Meanwhile, in your dry malasa blender,blend sabit zeera,sabit dhaniya red chilli flakes,but don't make it a powder formation thickness should be seen.

After 10min throw away the water from the fish and wash the fish.

Then apply lemon on both side of the fish.then add the powder mixture formed on both side..let it side for 5 to 6 minutes.

Then in the baking pot add oil in its corners then add the marinated fish..

Preheat the over to 250 degree C

Enjoy with chapati.
