What is Chin-Chin?
Chin-Chin is sweet and crunchy snack, and can be compared to mini-sugar cookies with richer accent flavors. It is a fried snack in West Africa.
Steps

Measure and mix all dry ingredients i.e flour, baking powder, sugar, nutmeg and salt in a bowl.

Add egg, flavor melted butter, and milk into the dry mixture. Mix.

Mix till a dough is formed and knead for about 2-4 minutes. Wrap and Allow to rest for 5 minutes.

Unwrap and Roll the dough out flatly.
Then cut into pieces using knife or pizza cutter.
You can cut into desired shapes. - 5
Preheat oil.
Fry till light golden. Sieve out fried chin-chin to remove excess oil. - 6
Chin chin will be soft at first when hot but hardens as it cools down.
