We are cooking baguette dishes today! We went for shopping in a nice local market and found this lovely mushroom (girolle) in season! So… here we go!

We are cooking baguette dishes today! We went for shopping in a nice local market and found this lovely mushroom (girolle) in season! So… here we go!
Steps

Wash the spinach, wipe mushroom with kitchen paper until it’s clean
- 2
Sprinkle olive oil on medium heat
- 3
Add in garlic after 2-3 mins when it’s hot enough, stir until it smells nicey
- 4
Add in mushroom, stir fry until it’s browned for 5 mins, then add in spinach & butter
- 5
Season with salt and pepper, serve it on top of the baguette
