Sauté the boiled potatoes.Keep aside.
Also sauté ground peas.Keep asideHeat 2-3tbsp mustard oil.Add dry red chillies, bay leaves, cinnamon stick,cumin seeds and asafoetida

To the tempering add the ground curry masala and fry we’ll adding water as needed.

When almost done, add tomatoes.
When the masala has fried well add peas paste and mix with a little water.

Add turmeric powder,cumin powder and salt

Add boiled peas and potatoes, mix.
Add more water as per the desired consistency of the curry.
Lastly add garam masala. - 6
Serve piping hot with steamed rice
