  1. 1 cupcorn boiled
  2. 1capsicum finely chopped
  3. 1carrot finely chopped
  4. 100 gramspaneer crumbled
  5. 2green chillies, finely chopped
  6. 2potatoes boiled and mashed
  7. 1 tspgreen chilli
  8. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  9. 1 handfulcoriander leaves finely chopped
  10. As RequiredSalt
  11. 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  12. As RequiredOil for deep frying
  13. For dipping ingredients
  14. 1/4 cupall-purpose flour
  15. 1/4 cupcorn flour
  16. 1/2 cupwater
  17. 2 cupscorn flakes (make fine powder)

Cooking Instructions

    First washed vegetables thoroughly and chopped and set aside. Then boiled potatoes until soft and mashed keep aside. Then take a mixer jar add into corn grind 2 times briefly without adding water and keep aside.

    In a large mixing bowl add corn mashed potatoes, paneer, carrot, capsicum, coriander leaves, chili, chili powder, pepper powder, bread crumbs, and salt mix it well.

    Roll out the entire vegetable paneer mix into a kebab. Dip each kebab in the maida corn flour paste and roll in corn crumbs. If you want you can use a beaten egg. Then keep it in the freezer for 10 to 15 mins.

    Then heat the required oil and fry the kebab on both sides till golden brown.

    Corn paneer kebab is ready to serve hot and enjoy.
