Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cupsboiled sweet corns
  2. 2potatoes boiled & grated
  3. 1onion finely chopped
  4. 1 tbspginger finely chopped
  5. 1small capsicum finely chopped
  6. to tastesalt snd pepper
  7. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  8. handfulmint leaves
  9. handfulcoriander leaves
  10. 1 tbsplemon juice
  11. 2 tbspbread crumbs
  12. 1 tbsprice flour
  13. 1 tbspgramflour
  14. as neededoil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Keep oil for frying in a wok
    Take a handful of corn kernels in a bowl

    Now take all the ingredients in a food processor
    Give a nice churn so that everything gets well incorporated

  3. 3

    Take the mixture out in a big bowl
    Mix nicely using your hands
    Add in the corn kernels you had kept away
    So that they give you slight crunch after frying

    Shape up the kababs on an ice cream stick each
    If time permits you can put them in the fridge for sometime before frying

  5. 5

    Heat up the oil in a wok
    Fry the corn kababs 2-3 at a time
    Don’t overcrowd them

  6. 6

    Be careful of corns as they splutter sometimes

  7. 7

    Take out when nicely done

  8. 8

    Drain them on an absorbent paper
    Serve hot with ketchup
