First of all, take besan in a bowl and beat till fluffy

Add salt, turmeric powder n chili powder. Make thick batter n make pakodas

Fry these pakodas to medium flame. Once fried keep it aside.

Now make a thin batter of besan to make kadhi.

Heat oil adds jeera, ajwain, hing, green chili n chopped palak n methi leaves.

Add the rest turmeric powder, chili powder n salt. Saute for a while.

Then add besan batter. Cook once the batter cooks well and add beaten curd.

Then add pakodas n boil on slow medium flame.

Now heat 2 tablespoons of mustard oil, and add chili flakes. Add this tarka over the kadhi.

Kadhi is ready to serve with steamed rice or bajre ki roti.
