Ingredients

  • 2/3 cupcocoa
  • 3 cupssugar
  • 1 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/8 tspsalt
  • 4 1/2 Tbutter
  • 1 tspvanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine cocoa with sugar and salt

  2. 2

    Add milk

  3. 3

    Bring to boil, stirring frequently

  4. 4

    Cook to 232F or until soft ball in water

  5. 5

    Remove from heat

  6. 6

    Drop in butter

  7. 7

    Cool till Luke warm (110F)

  8. 8

    Add vanilla and beat till mixture thickens

  9. 9

    Pour into buttered pan and cut into small squares
