Halal guys style tuna and rice with white sauce (made in the microwave)!

I created this recipe because I needed to make myself dinner and didn’t know what to make! It’s very delicious. Pair it with some toasted naan or any flatbread and eat!

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Open the can of tuna and drain well. Then set aside.
- 2
Wash the rice. Soak the rice for 30 minutes and then drain the water. Then add 2/3 cup of water and some more water or just enough to cook it.
- 3
Add the spices and aromatics in the rice.
- 4
Cover rice with a plate and microwave it for 15 minutes (it might spill so put a plate or bowl underneath). Check every 5 minutes to make sure if it needs water or not (add little by little).
- 5
When the rice is done just fluff it with a fork and your done!
- 6
Put the olive oil in a plate and microwave 1-2 minutes. Add garlic and microwave 1 minute. Then add the tuna and spice and microwave for 2 minutes (mixing in between).
- 7
Mix all the sauce ingredients very well. Add it to a sauce container if you want.
- 8
Add the rice, tuna, and sauce on top with some sriracha (optional!) and dig in! Very tasty 😋👍!

Tuna and White Sauce with Spinach Pasta Tuna and White Sauce with Spinach Pasta
I looked at various recipes, but I couldn't find just what I wanted, so I came up with this.I wanted to make it so that it was easy to prepare without the need for hard-to-find ingredients. This will still turn out okay if you use the oil from the tuna can. If you use it, continue to stir-fry until it doesn't seem oily anymore.I used a yellow bell pepper because its colorful with the green pasta, but it's optional. Recipe by Pichito cookpad.japan -

My mother used to make this refreshing salad a lot during the summer.I couldn't stop eating it! When I was a child, I became able to eat eggplant and raw onions because of this dish.I recommend using lots of eggplants! They shrink in volume during cooking, so and amount that seems like too much should be just right!Chill the dish well in the refrigerator before eating during the summer. For 2 servings. I really liked the mayo miso sauce from another user's recipe so I baked this for my children. The mayo and miso sauce melt dissolve easily so make sure to chill the veggies properly so it doesn't melt. Add just enough sauce because it's well seasoned and you don't want to go overboard. For 2 servings. Recipe by Ikkun mama n cookpad.japan -
