Ingredients

30 minutes
6 servings
  • 200গ্রাম খেসারির ডাল
  • 100গ্রাম পেঁয়াজ
  • 4-5টা কাঁচা লঙ্কা
  • 1চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়া
  • স্বাদমতো লবণ
  • ডালের বড়া ভাজার জন্য সাদা তেল
  • 250গ্রাম ওলকপি
  • 2-3টা আমের আমসি
  • 1চা চামচ সাদা সরষে বাটা
  • 1চা চামচ সরষের তেল
  • 500 mlজল

Steps

  1. 1

    খেসারির ডাল ভালো করে জল দিয়ে ধুয়ে নিয়ে আধভাঙা করে বেটে নিতে হবে।

    তারপর ডাল বাটার মধ্যে কুচি করে কেটে রাখা পেঁয়াজ, কাঁচা লঙ্কা, হলুদের গুঁড়া, স্বাদমতো লবণ ও জল দিয়ে শক্ত শক্ত ব্যাটার তৈরি করে গরম তেলে ভেজে নিতে হবে।

    সেই তেলে ওলকপির টুকরোগুলোকে হলুদ, লবণ মাখিয়ে ভালো করে ভেজে নিয়ে জল দিয়ে কিছুক্ষণ সেদ্ধ করতে হবে।

  4. 4

    এরপর সেদ্ধ হয়ে গেলে আমসি, ডালের বড়া ও 1 চামচ সরষের তেল দিয়ে নামিয়ে নিয়ে গরম গরম ভাতের সঙ্গে পরিবেশন করুন।
