Collect all ingredients together. Add oil in that. Add methi leaves.

Mix it well. Bind it with water. Do not water at once. Take water as needed. Give muthiya shape. As I am using this muthiya for Undhiyu, I made it in small size but if you are planning to eat as it is, you can make big muthiya too. Deep fry it on medium heat.
