It is traditional winter special recipe. Methi ke kaddu given strength to the bone and improving the immunity.
Steps

Heat the 1/4 cup of ghee in the pan. Add hot ghee to the methi powder. Mix well. Let it cool down.

Now add jaggery. Mix well. Cover it with a lid. Keep aside for 7 days.

After 7 days put methi powder, jaggery, and ghee mixture in a mixing bowl. Again mix well. Keep aside.

Heat 1/8 cup ghee in a pan. Fry gum and keep it aside. You can take the ghee as required for frying.

Dry toast the grated coconut for 3 to 4 minutes. Keep aside.

Now add coarsely grinded cashew, almond powder, dry dates powder, grated coconut, fried gum, nutmeg powder, and cardamom powder in a mixing bowl.

Mix all together well. Make laddu. Methi ke laddu is ready to Serve.
