  2. 1 cuplightly peeled and grated raddish
  3. 1/2 cuplightly peeled and grated carrot
  4. 1-2finely chopped green chillies
  5. 1/2 tspcarrom seeds
  6. as per requirementSalt to taste
  7. as per requirementOil for greasing+
  8. 1 tbspghee melted
  9. as requiredCoriander leaves optional

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients except oil.

    Knead properly a soft dough.

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into equal portions and make one by one paratha.

  4. 4

    Cook on hot tawa both side with greasing oil.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with chutney or curd.
