Methi Aloo Ki Sabji

First soak methi leaves with enough water along with 1tsp salt, rinse well making sure the dirt & bitterness of methi are gone

Grate tomatoes, in a large kadai heat 2 tsp oil, add grated tomatoes, green chilli followed by turmeric, salt (as per taste) red chilli powder, saute for a minute

Now add chopped methi leaves, saute for a minute or until methi shrinks
- 4
Cut baby potatoes into half, wash them properly, add in methi, add very little water, mix all properly

Cover & cook for 5 minutes on low medium flame or until aloo cooked completely

Methi Aloo Sabzi is ready to serve, enjoy with hot chapati
