Wash gram dal, peanuts and soak them for 15 minutes. Add soaked dal, peanuts, 2 cups of water and turmeric to the cooker and cook for 3 whistles. Meanwhile clean, chop and wash the spinach and Dill leaves. Heat 2 glasses of water in a pan.

After the water boils, add spinach, dill leaves and boil for 5 minutes. Then drain the excess water in the Strainer. After the bhaji cools down, grind it in a mixer jar. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard, cumin, asafoetida, crushed garlic, red chilli powder, boiled dal and peanuts and saute for 2 minutes.

Then add crushed paste, boiled vegetable water and salt and boil for 5-7 minutes and turn off the flame. Heat 2 spoons of oil in the saucepan and add cumin, red chillies, asafoetida and garlic, prepare the tadka. Add tadka to the prepared sabji and immediately cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Then mix it well and serve with roti or bhakri.
