Steps

Wash poha properly and and spread it in a full plate or parat sort of thing for 10 minutes
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon ghee, pinch of haldi, little sugar, and little bit of salt allover, and mix it lightly so that poha doesn’t get mashed up - 2
In a cooker put, 4-5 tablespoon ghee 1/2 teaspoon zeera, pinch of hing, little kasoori methi, little curry patta, little sugar, 1/2 teaspoon haldi, 1/2 teaspoon lal mirch, pinch of garam masala
Add in matar, water at the level of matar or little more
Put the lid and cook for 2-3 whistles
Taste it, it should be sweeter in taste but not too much sweet - 3
Now put 1-2 tablespoon ghee and pinch of Elaichi powder and mix in kishmish and kaju
Saute it for 2-3 minutes and then add in poha, mix it lightly and keep for 1-2 minutes on low flame - 4
Add in cooked matar and mix it lightly
Sprinkle cinnamon powder and pinch of elaichi powder, little chaat masala and garnish it with hara dhaniya
