Fry egg plant until turns into light golden.

Heat oil in fry pan add garlic ginger paste & fry for a minute.

Beat yogurt, spread yogurt over fried eggplants.

Again spread yogurt over masala & eggplants.

Turn of traka.
Heat oil add button red chilli crushed with yr hands, cumin seeds & curry leaves,fry for 1-2 min. - 13
Add tarka over yougard in serving dish. Enjoy✌
