In a bowl, mix peanut butter, almond flour, dessicated coconut, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla essence and chocolate chips.

Add honey and mix all to make a dough.
Now make small balls of this dough. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes. - 3
Meanwhile melt the white chocolate in a double boiler method.

Now dip each balls in a melted chocolate and place it over the rack. Add sprinkles over it. Allow it to cool at the room temperature. The crust will harden.

Now store in an airtight container.
