Heat 2tbsp.Oil in a pan and saute onion slices ginger chilli paste and green chilli slice. Till onion looks Pinkish colour. And take in a mix jar. Add cashewnuts and 1/4cup water and churn.Make smooth paste. Boil Fresh peas.

Crackle cumin seeds in 1tbsp.oil.And add onion Cashewnuts paste. And saute till change its colour.Now mix chopped wash and rinse fresh fenugreek. Saute properly. And add salt and fresh peas with water.Mix it well.
Add cream and milk and stir.Add sugar powder garam masala and 1/2Cup water.Cook on a slow flame for 5 min. - 3
Yummy Delicious Methi Mutter Malai is ready to Serve.Serve with paratha.
Garnish with Cashewnuts Fresh peas and Fenugreek.
