Wash the pineapple well and dry it. Cut the pineapple into medium cubes and set aside in a pan, then heat over medium heat.

Cut the ham into squares and add it to the pan where the pineapple is heating, add a little salt.

Add the cheese to the pan where the pineapple and ham are heating so it melts.

Preheat the flour tortillas a little until they are flexible enough to close. Be careful not to burn them, as they would become stiff and hard to fold.

Before the flour tortillas cool, add a little of the mixture to prevent them from breaking, fold the edges, and place in the pan to heat with a little oil. Enjoy as you like.
