Wash moong dal and rice add salt turmeric powder, peanuts and cook it till soft.

Heat two sp ghee roast coriander seeds,cumin, pepper corns,cloves,cardmum, cinnamon stick and coconut grated till nice aroma,cool it and make powder with curry leaves and hing.

Now add three sp prepared masala mix it well add coriander leaves.

Hesarubele Huggi is ready serve hot topped with ghee,pickles, saaru (rasam)and papad
