Ingredients

30 laddu
  1. 1 cupgond
  2. 1 cupghee
  3. 2 cupsgud (jaggery)
  4. 1 cupwhear flour
  5. 1 cupKharik powder
  6. 1 cupcoconut powder
  7. 1/2 cupbadam powder

    All ingredients take a ready. Mix the kharik, coconut & badam powder.

    Heat the half cup of ghee in a big pan and add the gond. Fry the gond till crispy. Then remove the gond from a plate and make powder with your fingers. Then add the 1/4 th cup to the pan. Add the wheat flour and saute it till change the colour. Then remove the wheat flour on gond powder.

    Heat the 1/4 th cup ghee in the same pan and add the jaggery powder. When the jaggery powder is melted add the all remaining ingredients one by one and mix well.

    Cool down till warm temperature and make a small ball size laddu. A lovely healthy "GOND LADDU" Is ready for Serves.
