  • 4 tbspCoconut oil
  • 1 tspMustard seeds
  • 10Garlic
  • fewCurry leaves
  • handfulFried gram
  • handfulFried groundnut
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 3/4 tspChilli powder
  • 1 tspAsafoetida powder
  • Pinchsalt
  • 200 gmsPori
  • as requiredChopped onion
  • few sprigsChopped coriander

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil add mustard seeds crackle. Add garlic, fried gram and groundnut till golden brown in colour in low flame.

    Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, hing, salt. and pori.

    Transfer to a bowl add chopped onion and chopped coriander leaves and serve.
