Carrot and Peas Curry

Assemble ingredients, finely chop carrot into small small cubes.
Make paste of tomato + green chilli + ginger. - 2
In moderately heated pan / Kadha, add oil allow to heat, add cumin seeds + hing and allow to crackle, then add chopped carrot and stir fry 3-4 minutes.

Add tomato paste + salt and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add all spices + 3 tbsp water (except garam masala) and sauté till spices leaves oil.

Add peas, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add Garam Masala and cook for around 1 minute.

Add water and cook further for 4-5 minutes and dish is done.

Serve with phulka / paratha and enjoy winters. Have served with Palak Paratha.
