Ingredients

20 minutes
2 people
  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1 bowlmeethi leaves
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • 1 spoonghee
  • 1 pinchred chilli powder
  • As Requiredwater
  • 1 pinchhing

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak the chopped methi leaves in plain water for 20mins. Rinse & gently squeeze out all moisture & set aside.

    Take a large mixing bowl add aata, methi leaves, ajwain, Salt, and red chili powder & mix with your hands. Add ghee & mix well. Add water to make a firm dough. Cover & keep it for 10 mins.

    Divide dough into 4 to 5 equal portions. Place a clean sheet on a rolling board & roll it like a chapati.

    Heat a non-stick pan. Place a rolled roti on it & let it cook on a medium flame. Spread ghee on it & flip it on another side too.

    Both sides should be golden brown. Your meethi Parantha is ready to Serve.
