In a bowl add 2 type of atta add methi leaves palak leaves salt chopped green garlic haldi til ajwain oil Adark mirchi paste mix very well

Make dough with water

Now make balls from dough and make paratha on a rolling pan

Transfer to tawa and fry with oil or ghee till turn to
crispy - 5
Transfer to plate serve with masala curd or chay
