Mix all the ingredients well.

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a 50 mm. (2”) flat round tikki.

Take a deep frying pan, and put oil into it.

When the oil becomes hot, deep fry the tikkis till golden brown in colour from both sides.

Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup. Enjoy!
