This is one of the much loved regular recipe for my kids lunch at school.... Children always like something exciting especially when it comes to what is in their lunch box 😊

1 packsphaghetti
1 cuppasta water
1 tingeisha
1 tbstomato paste
2 tbspeanut butter paste
2knorr cubes
Pinchsalt
1/2 tspeach of: curry, onion powder, chilli pepper
1cooking spoon oil

Steps

Boil sphaghetti till soft drain and keep aside, don't forget to keep 1 cup of the pasta water (it add to flavour)

In a pot heat oil, add geisha, tomato paste and stir fry for a min.

Add spices and seasonings mix. Then add the peanut butter and pasta water and allow to simmer for 2 min

Add up the boiled pasta and mix. Allow for 1-2 min on low heat.
