Making stuffing -
Heat a pan add Desiccated coconutand dry roast 3-4 minutes then add milk, sugar and milk powder, mix it well and cook another 5 minutes. Now add orange juice and orange zest, turmeric powder mix it and cook. - 2
And cook it on low flame, continuously stirring it, once it thicken switch off the flame, Take out in a plate and keep aside for cooling them completely. Orange flavour Coconut stuffing is ready.

Take a mixing bowl add maida, semolina, rice flour, sugar, salt mix everything well then lastly add milk little by little mix it well, whisk until combined well. It will be a semi thick runni batter. Pati shapta batter is ready. Keep aside for 30 minutes.

Now take out 3-4 ladle full of this batter into another bowl and add orange juice, turmeric powder and mix it properly for orange colour batter.

Now heat a non-stick pan add little ghee and wipe the pan with a tissue paper then pour the orange batter randomly with the help of a spoon or nozzle to make a net like disine.

Now take a ladle full of white batter, pour over the orange batter and swirl it around gradually to form a thin crepe pati shapta, and cook on a smallest heat.

Cook 1-2 minutes until the batter starts to bubbles on the top then flip them and cook for another 2 minutes. Now take some coconut orange flavour stuffing, place it at the one end of the patisapta and folding the pati sapta into a roll, with the help of a spatula. As shown in fig. Pati shapta is ready.
