Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupSour Green Grapes juice
  • 1 1/2 cupWhole Wheat Flour
  • 1 CupJaggery Powder -
  • 1 tspSalt -
  • 1/2 CupOil -
  • 1 TbspBaking Powder -
  • 1/2 TbspBaking Soda -
  • 1/2 tspPineapple Essence -
  • as neededWater (If the batter is very thick you can add water)

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind grapes in a mixer without adding water. Strain.
    Add Salt, Jaggery powder and grind together, strain, add oil, beat and mix and keep aside.
    Sieve dry ingredients and mix with wet ingredients and bake.
