  • 400 grLuxury Vegetables AH (courgette, bell- pepper, parsley)
  • Some Water
  • Olive -0il
  • Indian Lentilcurry AH Mixed vegetables. Contains lentils, carrot, peppers, cauliflower, spices, onion and mosterd
  • Extra Parsley
  • Four Spoons Coconut Cream
  • Bouillon
  • Hot pepper

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Mixed vegetables fry for 10 minutes. Add Indian lentil curry vegetables then 5 minutes more. Add 1 cup water. One dice bouillon. Fry slowly 10 more minutes. Add coconut cream & Indian spices. Cook 5-10 minutes. Can accompanied with white rice
