Steps

Peel,wash and make pieces of raddish and carrot.

Wash and make pieces of green chill

Peel garlic

To make pickle masala
Heat one pan on slow flame. - 5
Add mustard seeds,jeera seeds, fennel seeds, Fenugreek seeds.roast them for one mint.

Remove from fire.cool and grind coarsely. keep aside.

Heat pan at medium heat.add mustard oil.

Now add mustard seeds,hing,jeera, fennel seeds and kalonji mix.

Add chopped carrots, radish, green chilli,garlic mix now add red chili powder, turmeric powder,salt, sugar, pickle masala,dry mango powder mix.

Remove from heat. Let it cool completely.

Put in jar.
