Take til & gud.

Place a pan on flame, add til to it, dry roast well on low flame, stir continuously. After 2 minutes turn off the flame & transfer the roasted til into a plate & let it cool.

Take grinding jar add roasted til into it, grind on pulse & make a coarse powder, transfer the til powder to a plate.

Add roasted peanuts into the grinding jar, grind well & make a coarse powder.

Transfer the peanuts powder to the plate with til powder add cardamom powder, mix everything well.

Heat a pan on low flame add 4 tbsp water, crushed gud, desi ghee, mix well & melt.

After gud melts & starts boiling turn off the flame & add til powder mix into the pan & mix well.

Grease the tray/plate with very little oil, transfer the Burfi mix into the greased tray/plate, press gently with stapula. Decorate with pista flakes & dry rose petals.

Press gently with stapula, keep aside, let it set, when burfi is slightly hot, make cut marks on it (with sharp knife)& let it set.

When full set, cut the Til Gud Burfi in pieces.

Til Gud Burfi is ready to serve.
