Steps

First roast the sesame seeds in a pan on low flame for three minutes and then move it to a vessel. Now in the same pan add jaggery and one tbsp ghee and keep stirring.

Turn off the gas, add baking soda and roasted sesame seeds in this mixture and mix quickly.
Now, grease the platform with ghee, spread ready mixture on it and then sprinkle pistachio slices on it and weave it very thinly with the help of a rolling pin. - 3
Then immediately cut into squares with the help of a knife and uproot it when it becomes cool. So, A very crispy and thin Sesame Chikki is ready.
