1 1/2 tablespoonsgranulated sugar (about 20 grams)

Beat the egg whites with the granulated sugar until stiff peaks form to make a meringue.

Gently fold the leftover almond cream into the whipped egg whites.

Pour the mixture into ramekins, and if you like, add a fève (small charm) inside! Cook in the air fryer at 320°F (160°C) for 20 minutes.
