Ingredients

  1. 2 lbBoneless Chicken Tenders
  2. 1 cupHoney
  3. 3/4 cupFrank's Red Hot Sauce
  4. 1/2 cupUnsalted Butter
  5. 1 tbspWhite Vinegar
  6. 1 tbspTobasco Sauce
  7. 2 cupFlour
  8. 2 tbspSalt
  9. 2 tbspBlack Pepper
  10. 1/2 tbspCayenne Pepper
  11. 1 tbspGarlic Powder
  12. 1Egg
  13. 1/4 cupMilk
  14. 1/2 cupVegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a saucepan, add honey, hot sauce, butter, vinegar, and tabasco.

    Heat and stir until well blended. Set aside.

    In one bowl, add flour, salt, both peppers, and garlic powder.

  4. 4

    In another bowl, mix egg and milk.

  5. 5

    Slice tenders in half lengthwise.

    Pre heat oven to 350

  7. 7

    Dredge chicken in flour mixture, then egg mixture, then back in flour mixture.

    Heat oil in skillet on medium heat.

  9. 9

    Pan fry chicken, a few pieces at a time until golden brown.

    Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.

    While chicken is baking, re heat sauce.

  12. 12

    Remove chicken from oven, cut in half and put in bowl.

  13. 13

    Add sauce, mix together and serve.
