Steps

Wash the Amla properly & grate it. Remove the seed.

Cook the grated Amla with quarter cup water on low heat.
Melt the jaggery with quarter cup water on another flame. - 3
When the jaggery melts, remove from heat. Drain it.
When the amla absorbs water, add the jaggery syrup, stir it well - 4
Close it with a lid on low heat 3 min
Heat a kadai, melt the ghee, fry the broken nuts, remove from flame. Keep it aside. - 5
Add the fried nuts, raisins & cardamom powder into the Amla & jaggery mix. Stir it well.

Remove from heat. cool it.
Transfer it into a bowl, add honey & mix it well.
Store it in a glass containers. - 7
Delicious & Healthy jaggery Amla candy is ready to serve
