Beetroot Paratha made with Ragi and Bajra flour for kids:
"Yummy and Healthy Millet Beetroot Paratha!

Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl, take 1 cup Bajra flour, Ragi flour, cumin seeds, black pepper, onion, paneer Curd, 1/2 tsp ghee and salt.
mix well.... - 2
Further add (grated beetroot) / prepared beetroot paste, mix well...
knead the dough well adding water if required.

Knead to smooth and soft dough.
now grease 1 tsp oil and rest the dough for 2-3 minutes.
further pinch a ball sized dough, roll and flatten it.
also dust with some flour. - 4
Further roll it in a thin circle like chapati or paratha.
now on a hot tawa place the rolled chapati and cook for a minute. - 5
Furthermore, when the base is partly cooked, flip the beetroot chapati.
also spread ½ tsp oil / ghee and press slightly both the sides.
flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly. - 6
Finally, serve beetroot chapati with sabji, curry curd, raita, chutney and sauce..
