Grind rice-mung dal mix and bajri

Soak this mixture for 20mts in warm water

Now in a pan add ghee, cumin seeds, asofedita, curry leaves: i have some green garlic stems for flavor

Now add washed and soaked mixture with two cups water and one cup buttermilk

Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and cook on low flame till the mixture thickens. Stir occasionally

Serve hot with some more ghee on top and buttermilk. For added spicyness one can have chilli pickle. It gives warmth and fullness in winters
