Onion Stalks Potatoes Dry Curry

Heat cooking oil. Add ponch phutan and let them splutter. Mix curry leaves and split urad dal and saute on low flame.

Add chopped onion and, dry red chilli, green chilli and saute till translucent.

Mix the chopped potatoes, chopped onion stalks, turmeric powder, salt mustard powder (home made) and tomato Paste. Mix well and cook in low flame till done.

Garlic with crushed and whole bodi and serve with roti, rice as a main course.
