Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 poundboneless pork loin
  • 1 tablespoonbacon drippings
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 tablespoonbutter
  • 1 tablespoonground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoonminced garlic
  • 2medium carrot
  • 1large onion diced
  • 1 teaspoonground ginger
  • 1/2 cupextra crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoonsextra Virgin olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan 2 tablespoons extra Virgin olive oil

  2. 2

    Dice the pork

    Mix everything but the peanut butter

    Put into pan and simmer stirring occasionally

    When pork is done stir in peanut butter.
