Ingredients

  1. 2-1/2 poundboneless pork loin
  2. 1 tablespoonbacon drippings
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1 tablespoonbutter
  5. 1 tablespoonground cumin
  6. 1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  7. 1 teaspoonminced garlic
  8. 2medium carrot
  9. 1large onion diced
  10. 1 teaspoonground ginger
  11. 1/2 cupextra crunchy peanut butter
  12. 2 tablespoonsextra Virgin olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan 2 tablespoons extra Virgin olive oil

  2. 2

    Dice the pork

    Mix everything but the peanut butter

    Put into pan and simmer stirring occasionally

    When pork is done stir in peanut butter.
